Sending a request
Submitting the form means you want a reply about the appliance you described. It does not reserve a time, quote a price, or create a service appointment. Coverage, timing, and any charge are confirmed only in a later reply. Please send accurate contact details and a description you are allowed to share.
Safety comes first
If you smell gas, leave the area and contact your gas supplier or emergency services. Do not keep testing a range, and do not rely on the form for that emergency. For water leaks or a burning smell, stop using the appliance when you can do that safely. The guides are not a substitute for shutting off power, water, or fuel.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form, probe the site, or submit information you do not have the right to send. The written guides may be read for personal use. Copying them into another commercial site is not allowed.
